COSTS
  • A one-time commission per property of $500 or ½ the first month's rent, whichever is greater on every new 1 year lease.
  • If a non-Noda Heights agent represents the tenant then a commission of $250 is to be paid from the first month's rent.
  • Noda Heights' monthly management fee is 10% of the monthly rent.
  • There is a $250 Commission paid if there is a renewal signed lease.
  • An eviction fee of $200 plus all additional costs are passed on to owner with up charge of 15%.
  • Noda Heights charges a 10% up charge on all repairs.
